Shipping is not included, shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page. Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-14 days. For international customers, you will have to pay the import duties and taxes for shipping to your country. You can check with your government’s customs office for regulations. For local customers within India, there are no duties.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept any returns or provide refunds and exchanges. We apologise for this inconvenient policy, it’s in place because of Indian import/export duties and regulations. Be assured that our jewelry is high quality and you won’t have any issues.

For local customers in India, if you are truly unsatisfied with our jewellery we can provide exchanges and give store credit. You will need to contact us within 24 hours upon delivery and the jewellery must be unused with no damage.

My jewelry is damaged, what should I do?

If any of our jewelry is damaged please email us within 24 hours and we will help you exchange a new piece or issue a refund. Please write a description of the damage and attach photos. The jewelry should be unworn and in its original packaging and condition. Our email is support@vodacreative.co
