Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept any returns or provide refunds and exchanges. We apologise for this inconvenient policy, it’s in place because of Indian import/export duties and regulations. Be assured that our jewelry is high quality and you won’t have any issues.

For local customers in India, if you are truly unsatisfied with our jewellery we can provide exchanges and give store credit. You will need to contact us within 24 hours upon delivery and the jewellery must be unused with no damage.

My jewelry is damaged, what should I do?
